For all Online and Offline orders
You can place your orders online or offline by speaking with our representatives. We ship through our trusted and reliable courier partners, like Bluedart, Delhivery & more. Any orders placed on our website are shipped within 24 working hours and are expected to be delivered, depending on the delivery location. The average delivery time taken for our orders is between 3-5 business days. Please note that the delivery may be impacted due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a returns policy for below scenario only:
​(A) 100% refund post validation:
If the product is delivered in damaged condition, you can reach out to the sales team or our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will require sufficient proof to validate the claim. We can guide you further on how to submit the proofs. You are required to take a photo of the delivered package before opening it. The photos should show the shipping labels, and they should be readable. You are also required to take a box opening video. This video should show the shipping label, the contents of the box, and it should show that the product was tested. And the video should be uncut, clear, and unedited. Products delivered in the above scenario can be returned to us, and we can arrange a 100% refund post a successful validation, or we can provide you with an exchange.
(B) Refund post deducting the Courier charges for onward and return:
You have changed your mind and do not want it anymore. You can return the product in as is condition as below:
(a) Box is unopened,
(b) Product is unused,
(c) The cartridge's vacuum seal packaging is unopened
(d) Product is in as-new condition
There is no exchange policy for the products we offer apart from the above scenario.
Refurbished Products Return & Exchange Policy
Your order can be canceled before the material is shipped.

If the refurbished product is delivered in a non-working condition, it can be exchanged, you can reach out to the sales team or our support team.

Diwali Gift Hampers Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable nature and high quality of the food items within our Diwali Gift Hampers, Radiance Business Solutions adheres to the following strict return and refund policy. Our products are prepared and packaged with the utmost care, in compliance with all FSSAI safety and hygiene standards.
1. No Returns or Exchanges (General Policy)
As our hampers contain perishable food items, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted by the recipient.
2.Condition-Based Exception: Damaged or Defective Goods (REVISED)
We will provide a full refund or a replacement hamper only if the product is found to be significantly damaged, spoiled, or defective upon delivery.
How to Report a Problem and Required Evidence:

Immediate Notification: You must notify Radiance Business Solutions within 4 hours of the recorded delivery time to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Crucial Evidence - The Unboxing Video: You must provide a continuous, uncut video recording as proof of damage. This video must clearly show the following sequence:
The exterior of the box with the shipping label and tamper seal clearly visible and intact.
The complete opening process of the box.
The contents being removed and displaying the damage, defect, or spoilage clearly.
Contact: Send an email with your Order Number, Contact Information, and the supporting video evidence to sales@radiancebusinesssolutions.co.in. Claims without this mandatory video evidence will regrettably not be considered.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Standard Orders: Cancellations for standard, non-customized hampers can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. A full refund will be processed for eligible cancellations.
Custom/Bulk Orders: For large or customized corporate orders, the cancellation window and refund amount will be governed by the specific terms outlined in your original sales agreement.
4. Non-Refundable Issues
No refunds or replacements will be offered for the following reasons:
Change of Mind: Once the order is confirmed and processed.
Taste/Preference: Dislike of a product's taste, flavor, texture, or appearance, as personal preferences vary.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Orders that could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is not available to accept the hamper upon delivery, causing the perishable contents to spoil.
5. Refund Processing
If your claim is approved after review, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Replacement hampers will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.
