Our warranties cover manufacturing defects only, with terms that may vary between mechanical and electrical components. Accessories and consumables (such as cartridges and batteries) are generally not covered by warranties unless specified otherwise.

 

Product-Specific Warranty & Terms:

Thermal Inkjet Printers

Warranty Period: 1-Year Carry-In Warranty from the date of purchase.

​Under this warranty, a customer, purchaser, or user is responsible for carrying the product to our head office for any repairs, maintenance if required. In the event a customer, purchaser, or user fails to carry the product by themselves, he/she/they can choose to send the product to our head office address through post/courier or other means. They should mention their invoice number in the box or package to help identify the customer/purchaser/buyer. Radiance Business Solutions won’t be responsible for any damages caused to the product during transit. Please note: Most of our thermal inkjet printers are RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) enabled. This technology availability is completely dependent on our Manufacturer's production availability. Any customer who prefers a NON-RFID enabled printer, we urge them to check the availability before placing their Orders. 

Coverage: Warranty applies to any manufacturing defects in the printer.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover ink cartridges, accessories, or any consumables associated with the printer. Warranty claims will not be accepted for damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or improper installation. Additionally, damage caused by operating the printer outside of recommended environmental conditions (such as excessive heat, moisture, or dust) or using incompatible third-party components will void the warranty.

Ink Cartridges

Warranty: Cartridges are excluded from warranty

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear, improper storage, accidental damage, or exposure to extreme temperatures. Additionally, the warranty is void if cartridges are refilled, tampered with, or used with incompatible devices. Problems arising from incorrect installation or damage due to handling errors are also not covered.

Precautions:

Flammable - Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces. No smoking near cartridges.

Use in Ventilated Areas - Ensure good ventilation when using cartridges to avoid inhaling fumes.

Avoid Contact with Skin and Eyes - Wear protective gloves and eye protection if necessary. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with water.

Dispose Responsibly - Do not release into the environment. Dispose of cartridges in accordance with local regulations.

Single Use Only - Do not refill or attempt to reuse cartridges; improper use can lead to leaks and hazardous exposure.

Storage - Store cartridges in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to maintain quality and safety.

Packaging Machinery

Coverage: Warranty covers mechanical parts only, limited to manufacturing defects.

Exclusions: The warranty excludes electrical components, accessories, and any parts damaged due to improper handling, incorrect operation, or lack of maintenance. Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or the use of incompatible parts also voids the warranty. Additionally, normal wear and tear, consumables, and parts subject to regular replacement are not covered. Warranty does not apply if the machine is used outside its intended purpose or in unsuitable environmental conditions (such as extreme temperatures, humidity, or dust).

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from improper use, mishandling, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Wear and tear from regular use, as well as any damage caused by operating the machine under unsuitable conditions (e.g., excessive humidity, dust, or extreme temperatures), are not covered. Additionally, consumables, accessories, and electrical components are excluded from the warranty.

Batteries & Spare Parts

Warranty: Batteries and accessories are excluded from warranty.

Exclusions: Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural degradation, or reduced performance over time. Damage due to improper handling, incorrect installation, unauthorized repairs, or modifications will void the warranty. Additionally, exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or incompatible devices is not covered. Batteries and spare parts that have been mishandled, altered, or used outside of recommended conditions are excluded from warranty coverage.

Service Charges

Any service fees associated with repairs or maintenance are subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Terms of Payment

Full Advance: Payment in full is required before order processing.

Advance and Rest on Delivery: An initial advance is required at the time of order, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery.

Warranty Claims: In cases where a warranty claim is valid, Radiance Business Solutions may offer repair or replacement, depending on the product assessment.

Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items with confirmed manufacturing defects, as per warranty terms. Returns for other reasons, such as customer error or preference changes, are not accepted.

Delivery and Shipping Terms

Hand Delivery by Porter: We declare that this invoice reflects the actual price of goods, and all details are true and correct.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: If the delivery is unsuccessful, canceled, or returned to origin (RTO) due to customer reasons, any advance payment made will be forfeited and non-refundable.

Return Policy: Goods once sold cannot be taken back under COD orders.
