Warranty Terms and Conditions
Product: All Handheld Thermal Inkjet Printer models. (Except TIJ Enclosed Encoder Printer)
Service Warranty: 1 Year
Product Warranty: 6 Months
1. Service Warranty (1 Year)
The service warranty covers free service/repair labor for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This includes:

Inspection and diagnosis
-
Technical support
-
Labor charges for repair work
The service warranty does not include:
-
Cost of replacement parts after the 6-month product warranty period
-
On-site service charges (if applicable)
2. Product Warranty (6 Months)
The product warranty covers manufacturing defects in the handheld TIJ printer for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
The warranty includes:

Defects in materials or workmanship
-
Replacement or repair of defective components (at the company’s discretion)
The warranty does not cover:
-
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
-
Damage due to improper installation or operation contrary to the user manual

Wear and tear components such as cartridges, batteries, and accessories
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
To claim warranty service, the customer must:

Provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice/bill)

Bring/send the product to the authorized service center

Ensure the product serial number is intact and readable
4. Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty will be considered void if:

The product is opened, repaired, or tampered with by an unauthorized person

The serial number or warranty label is removed or damaged
-
The damage occurs due to power fluctuation, liquid entry, or physical impact
5. Limitations of Liability
The company is not responsible for:

Any data loss, printing errors, or downtime caused by product malfunction

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
PLEASE NOTE: The Radiance Handheld TIJ Enclosed Encoder Printer is not covered under any type of warranty or service.
