1. Offer Validity and Pricing
The Diwali Loot Offer is valid from 15th October 2025 to 18th October 2025, or until stocks last, whichever is earlier.
Prices displayed during the offer period are final and the best available rates. No additional discounts, offers, or price matches will be applicable on these products.
2. Warranty Policy
All products purchased during the sale come with a standard 6-month carry-in warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damages caused by mishandling, misuse, or external factors.
3. Order Cancellation & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped.
Upon cancellation, a 5% deduction will apply to cover administrative and payment gateway costs.
Refunds will be processed through our payment gateway Razorpay within 48 working hours of approval.
Depending on your bank, the refunded amount may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your source account.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are handled through our trusted courier partners, including but not limited to Delhivery, Ekart, and Xpressbees. While Radiance Business Solutions ensures prompt dispatch, any delay caused by courier companies is beyond our control. Radiance Business Solutions shall not be held responsible for delays or issues arising from logistics partners once the order has been shipped.
5. Returns & Replacement Policy
Customers may request a return or replacement under the following circumstances:
a) Damaged or Non-Functional Product:
If the product is delivered in a damaged or non-working condition, you must submit:

A clear photo of the damaged product.

A complete unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label (with AWB number) and the condition of the product upon opening.
Claims without valid proof may not be accepted.
b) Product Not as Described:
If the received product differs from the product listed on our official website (www.radiancebusinesssolutions.co.in), please share:

A photo of the product received, highlighting the difference.
All return or replacement claims must be reported within 48 hours of product delivery.
6. General Terms
Radiance Business Solutions reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel the offer or any of its terms at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
